Singe Oras

Singe Oras, translated into "City of Blood" is a small city in centralized Romania. Originally a small village, Singe Oras had been plundered and the Sapiens there had been found deprived of blood, a coven of Empuse hiding among them. Over the years, the Empuse settled into the town, carving their homes deep into the earth as catacombs mark the city where vampires thrive. Above the spiraling catacombs, a large cathedral sits in the middle of the old village now in ruin.
